In 2017, the apartment project by Daiwa House as the main contractor officially broke ground. This is an event marking the cooperation between Daiwa House and Deep C.

Daiwa House Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested company established on April 6, 2012, headquartered in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Its main business fields are outsourcing and construction. The company is directly under Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. Japan.  By using specialized software, Daiea House Vietnam is one of the pioneer companies in Vietnam in the field of architectural research and design.

In Vietnam, Daiwa House Co., Ltd. is known as a Japanese real estate development company. Daiwa House is planning to expand investment in serviced apartment segment in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries to meet the growing rental demand of the Japanese in these markets.
